WIN Member Highlight: Diane Roush, Rodan & Fields

When Diane Roush wrapped up her career as an educator in Jonesboro, she knew that she didn’t want to sit still in her retirement.

When two Rodan & Fields skincare reps contacted her around the same time, she said, “Yes, I’ll try it, because I’ve already tried everything else from the grocery store and department stores!” Within two months, she saw a difference in her skin, including reversal of sun damage, and knew she had found her next career.

Rodan & Fields was created by Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, the two dermatologists who pioneered multi-medication therapy for acne when they created Proactiv®. When they sold Proactiv® to focus on Rodan & Fields, they applied their method of using “the right formulations in the right order” to treating and preventing a much broader range of skin concerns.

Diane loves being able to help people with their skin, and meets with her clients one-on-one because she knows that a personal conversation is the best way to keep you comfortable and figure out exactly what you need.

The Rodan & Fields regimen is just five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening, and the goal is for clients to have such healthy skin that they are comfortable going foundation-free.

Skin-care tip: We shed 1.5 pounds of dead skin cells in a year! That’s why exfoliation is one of the best things we can do for our skin.

Diane’s favorite parts of her work are helping her clients gain confidence and helping her consultants accomplish their financial goals. If you are interested in trying Rodan & Fields skincare, Diane offers a sample Glow Pack at all her free consultations. She is also looking for consultants to add to her team.
